government and commerce. Students will be supported in the development of critical thinking in a global

context through the use of international trade models. Students will explore the effect of foreign direct

investment, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, total quality management and principals, policies and

practices of corporate governance.

The aim of this module is to engage students in the process of organizational leadership in complex and

uncertain environments, particularly during the transformation of organizations and their processes. The

innovative application of game theory is used to address the simulation of strategic options and provides

students with the opportunity to examine, explore and integrate a range of practical and theoretical issues

relating to executive decision making.
